I would not do the Rhinoplasty at the same time if you are having the

upper jaw done. Surgery to your upper jaw does involve your nose and

it can get shifted around and change some. Although I am only at 3

weeks post op and my nose is still slightly crooked. It could be due

to swelling and go away in 6 months or I may need a revision.

I would just play it safe and do it one step at a time.

My os recommended a Rhinoplasty, cheek implants and the upper/lower. I had

him do the cheek implants. In 20/20 hindsight I would have gone with the

Rhinoplasty as well. My nose was crooked pre-op and is the same (3 mo)

post-op.
