Maybe walking in the evening might help try and relax at night think of the

ocean and close your eyes.

Your starting weight was very close to my starting weight and I now weigh

135 # 's and feel wonderful

I am only 5'3 1/2 but for the first time in over 20 years everything fits

Robin,

I understand your point, acutally, I'm not hungry, I think what you

interpreted was meant to be a silly comment on myself! It's hard to

put inflection into writing! I know for sure I was babbling at that

time of the night, too. As for your questions, my dad died 8 years

ago and what triggered that was when I watched Riding in Cars with

Boys the other day. I hated the movie except for the last 3 minutes

when she was riding in the car with her dad, and she snuggled up

into his shoulder and they were singing and he kissed her on the

forehead. I just at that moment started bawling like a baby, alone

in my house. It was also the first day home and I was alone! Go

figure! Question #2 son Ranch is in Southern Calif. I live

exit away from 6 Flags Magic Mountain. Do you know where that is?

Where do you live in CA? Item #3 sleep. When I get to sleep, I do

fine. I've just been having trouble adjusting to the new feelings

going on inside my tummy. Then again, my husband has not been making

bed a very welcoming place to be anyway. I love walking. I'm sure I

will sleep better tonight because I spent the afternoon with my

sister (my biggest supporter) at the mall, just leisurly doing what

had to be done. Stopped and picked up a Myoplex LoCarb Chocolate

Fudge protein drink. Only 20 gms but ooooh so yummy! I think this is

the one I'm going to have and not worry about the rest. I've even

had the strawberry and I like it. (I don't usually like strawberry

flavor anything!) I ordered something called Nectar from the website

that advertises here and it should be here inside a week. I just

hope it's not too sweet. Thank you so much for being concerned about

Lori and I. I know we'll make it. I know it's one day at a time and

I really know I have to smile!

Yes... thanks from me too! It is so nice to see that other people

are feeling the same strange things. We are strong and woman like

said and we will be fine. , I lost my dad also,

but when i was 12. It doesnt matter how many yrs go by, a little

girl always misses her daddy. Hugs are being sent your way.

How strange to read this email as it was 51 yrs ago today 8/20 that I also

lost my Dad. Daddy's Little Girl stills misses him and wonder what if?

I agree with you. No matter how long it's been, there is a magical

bond between a father and his daughter. I only lost mine 8 years ago

last month, but there are times it feels like yesterday. I miss him

like crazy. When I miss him most I retell the story he always told

me about the day I was born. He says he took his little baby girl

into his arms and looked into my eyes. He says I smiled my first

smil that moment and he fell in love.

That's his story and I'm sticking to it!
