I dont see how this will effect your decision to be a vegetarian.

You know many ways to get the protein you need. I am sure you could

educate us on some better forms of protien. I would actually think

your lifestyle will make this even easier for you in some ways. The

protien shakes can be mixed with water and are not made from animal

products (that I know), I am sure you eat tofu, excellent protien.

My dr recommends 80 gms of protein a day and then veggies, fruits,

then if you have room, small amounts of carbs. Good luck and

looking forward to you sharing some great Vegetarian recipes!!
