Guest guest
Feeling' a little full of myself tonight. I am now relaxing with a small glass of SCD OK wine, with a touch of pineapple juice. Too dry! We had fruit smoothies, chicken wings with a mustard and honey sauce, home made ranch dressing, for dipping, with my new mayonaise skill, and Asian vegtables. And my son, Ben, 16, who eats a ton, is full. And very happy. My husband likes them better than my last wings....perhaps not a good comment on his part! lol I decided that the yogurt was too early, even for him. We are setting a goal for 1/8 tsp. homemade 24 hour goat yogurt on February 1st. We did a scant 1/2 tsp, as we didn't see any affect with 1/8 several times over a 1 week span. He is not feeling well, though not sick, looking puffy, bit subdued. We will wait. Then I will be ready to do the yogurt. This is more time consuming than I thought. But, everyone is being great. I think there is a small change in him, but probably because he started to take B-12 again. Mayo question: Why does the recipe add 1 TBL of hot water at the end to stabilize? What exactly does that mean? Thanks! Lorraine
