Wait until you try a " smoothie " with the protein, citracell, and

creatine added and then tell me how you like it.

Also, the protein powder is 270 calories in a cup (55 grams worth)

and the Citracell is 60 calories in a scoop (3 teaspoons' worth).

Since vitamins have to be taken 3 times a day, I divided the protein

and citracell into three doses (protein=1/3 cup and citracell =1

teaspoon), mix that with a *small* amount (about 2-3 oz.) water (no

extra calories, but it works in juice, too) and use it to slug down

the vitamins and get the protein out of the way. I add the creatine

(1 heaping teaspoon) to the first batch of the day (creatine only has

to be 1 heaping teaspoon taken once a day).

The supplements are not *required,* but they are a good idea. I'm

taking them every other day for now. The alternate days, I just put

a

teaspoon of citracell in a very small amount of water to take the

vitamins. It sort of tastes like Tang that way and isn't too bad,

especially with not too much of it to have to chug down.

I bought a powdered vanilla " Smoothie " mix at Walmart and it tastes

like slop, even before adding the supplements, so that's going in the

trash.

How are you doing girl?? I am doing good no problems at all. I too

am looking for smoothie ideas! I tryed to make a couple different

ones and it was so bad!! I had to throw them out. I did add dole

sugar free juice pops yesterday with no problems. Yum!! I also have

been making my own popsicles using one of those little kiddie

popsicle makers. I made gaterade, ensure chocolate pops, grape

juice, apple juice. They really make a nice treat from just drinking

plain juice and such. I use a lot of heitz baby juice it is so good

and mild and the little ones are just enough for a couple times.

I make them using fruit (and avocados).

You don't need milk or anything creamy. They come out more like a

fruit slush.

Or you can use coconut milk (homemade).

I just put a small amount of juice, water or ice and fruit or frozen

fruit. I add the liquid first and slowly add the fruit and blend in a

blender. I keep adding fruit until the texture is acceptable.
