Guest guest
Hi! Ok, we have done the butternut squash--and I like it very much. I can't believe that we are eating that really tough rind! It's great! However, Ben,16, is a real potato guy. I am sure he will eat it, but, he would be thrilled with fries. I saw the carrot chips, probably do that this week both fried and then try in the dehydrator as well. And I saw the cracker recipe...more cooking for me though I am sure they are good. Any other crispy and salty snacks? Preferably from vegetables? I am finding this to be easier, for the most part, than GFCF. Grains are low on the nutrition end and it is probably better (absolutely better for now) to eliminate them anyway, especially with this illness. Thanks for any help on the crispy and salty snacks...is there hope? Lorraine
