Apple Butter - Legal?

Hi there -

I found some jars of Organic Apple Butter in my local nutrition shop

and wondered about their SCD legality. I know that pure Apple Cider

(not fermented) is legal and the apple butter I saw only listed pure

organic apples and organic apple juice concentrate as the ingredients.

Any thoughts?
