We have eliminated banannas and oranges and OJ from our kiddos diets just

recently. What an improvement. My son is much more aware and " with it " . Less

stimy. Have you looked into a problem with phenols (you mentioned too much

almonds -- way high in phenols) Oranges and banannas inhibit the enzyme that

processes phenols from the body, so even though they might not be high in

phenols, they cause problems with processing phenols. Banannas seem to be the

biggy with our kids. I've heard alot of other moms complain of the same thing

with their ASD kids. Hope this helps.
