The Vest Again

I know you know that this is a particular hobby horse of mine.

I have an answer (AT LAST) from the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. At the moment they

have yet to be convinced that the vest is any better treatment than hand PT or

breathing techniques or autogenic draining. Ha Ha.

They will not listen to the American Health Insurance companies who have already

done all this research - you would think that as the USA Insurance companies are

almost always concerned about long term savings, European health services and

insurance companies would want to SAVE THEIR MONEY too and cut their research

times in half. Its not as if its going to risk lives, in fact it could actually

be risking lives by NOT doing this research.

Oh well back to the drawing board - If I knew how to collect the data to LOBBY

our MPs I would do it.

Shelby is still creating a fuss when we do PT but at least we just carry on and

let her scream the place down if thats how she feels at the time. Most of the

time she realises we are NOT going to stop and submits (albeit a bit

ungraciously).

She still gives an occasional " NO " and struggles a bit just to let us know she

hasn't given up either??

Still a sweety still eatable (without the Creon).
