Protein & Fat - for Heidi

Dear Heidi,

I know cheese is a good source of protein - but it is also high in fat. I

usually tried to find fat-free cheese. When I lived in Texas, this was no

problem. Now that I am back in Wisconsin aka Dairyland - I can't find fat

free block cheese, the kind that can be sliced and eaten with crackers. Go

figure.........

è Some good sources of protein, other than meat

è products, are beans, pasta, potatoes, cheese, peas,

è broccoli, rice, sweetcorn, oats, califlower, tofu, garlic,

è spinach, soya milk and milk yogurt.  There are others,

è too, but I  was limiting my list to those with little or no

è fat.

Lots of Gentle Hugs,

ReeAnn
