Guest guest
Ann, I hope you are feeling better now. Pnemonia seems to take forever to get over. I love all the flowers that you planted also. I put hosta in a flowerbed that has too much shade. I think they like a little bit of sun because they didn't do well. It might also be that I put in the wrong kind. Do deer like to eat hostas do you know? I had planted impatients there also and I think the rabbits ate everyone of them. I put alot of them in and the next day roots and all they were gone. That upset me! hehe My azaleas do real well. I guess I am going to have to stick with them in the shade. Shade gardens are very pretty also. I watch garden shows on tv and they show alot of beautiful gardens. Get Better & Happy planting, Belinda > Vera, > I will try to rest as much as possible. Guest guest
Does it ever end? I find out early this week I have a tear of the abdomenal wall. It's the worst pain I can imagine. It's worse then the post op pain in the hospital. The pain has caused another problem, I now have pneumonia. I'm certain I got it because I can't breathe in deeply or cough because of the pain. I went to the ER last night because my throat was sore and my pain wasn't under control. They wouldn't give me anything for pain. The were all worked up about the pneumonia and forgot about my pain I guess. The ER PA I saw had this dumbfounded look on her face when I asked for pain medication. She's like okay, I'll talk to the dr. Well an hour later a nurse comes with my discharge papers. I said what about my pain medication. She didn't know anything about it. So the PA came back in and said that they wouldnt medicate my pain because I was being treated for the pneumonia, not the pain. GRRRRRR!!!!! The reason I have pneumonia is the pain! So I talked to the doctor and he asked me why I couldn't take my medication at home. So I told him my pain was way out of control and I couldn't get it back under control. Well he finally said he'd give me something, and I told him no thanks, I don't need to be treated like this and I went home and doubled up on my pain meds. I went back this morning and got my pain taken care of. They gave me some zofran and demerol so now my pain is under control. Why can one stupid doctor ruin everything. I was absolutely miserable last night. Anyway, I hope I get this pneumonia in check soon because I'm supposed to go to a conference in Chicago on Tuesday. It's really important that I go and if I didn't go I'd be very upset. Please wish me good luck. Angel
