That is fabulous Patty ! I remember you used to take the

enzymes, and felt good then.

I have to mention, when I eat beef, I do have more

arthritis......it is more intense too......when I dont eat it,

there is a considerable difference !

Hugs

Dede

I feel fantastic!

I'm off to the dentist, but just wanted to mention that I am feeling

really great lately!

I've made a few changes....following the advice in the book, The Lupus

Recovery Diet, and also adding in lots of enzymes!

I have gone vegetarian for the most part...eating light and mostly

fruits and veggies.

The other important part that I think has been vital and I can tell a

difference when I miss them is ENZYMES!!!

I am taking a large quantity of Medizyme Enzymes on an empty stomach,

like first thing in the morning, before bed, and between meals. I take

about 6-8 tablets each time.

All I can say is that I have energy and I feel amazing! I definitely

notice a difference. Here is what I take.

You know Dede, I tend to go in cycles. I feel good and start thinking I can

back off of certain items. I get lazy about taking supplements. It's hard to

keep up with them when I'm on the go all the time, like today, getting home at 4

PM and not having eaten all day.

I've taken enzymes on and off for several years, but this time I can definitely

tell a big difference with the larger doses of pills. Not the 1 or 2 tablets,

but 6-8 at one time. You can't overdose on enzymes!

It sounds like you would benefit from the Lupus Recovery Diet, which is entirely

animal product free. It's hard to think about giving up dairy for me, because I

love raw milk and cheese. But if it means feeling great, I think I can do it!

I did eat some raw milk cheese last night and so far, no problems!

But giving up my venison is going to be a real bummer. :o(

Have a great weekend!

If anyone wants some free support and recipe sharing for going dairy/animal

product free, you are welcome at

Eat-2-Live/

I get a lot of support and ideas there.

Hugs,
