Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 Hi all, Glenn's birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks, and I would like to try one of the pecanbread treats. The cake I was interested in is the Carrot-Coconut on the website. Has anybody done this one? My main question is on the baking...the recipe suggests either two layers OR entire recipe being poured into a bundt pan (which would be my choice), but it does not give a different time for baking in the bundt. I can't imagine that they would be the same times...but I also don't bake so often, lol. Any help appreciated, thanks! -christine PS: or, is the 14 Date Cake kid-friendly?
