Guest guest
Hi, To anyone who has been treated with Vasculight or the double-pass filter using 645. Dr. Nase says in his book that Dr. Bitter has been treating using vasculight at key inflow areas (p.186). Read on... I have largeish (1-2.5mm?) visible veins in at the very top of my neck and along my jawline (about 4); they are not telangiectasia, they look kind of like smaller versions of the veins in your arm where they take blood from. These are sometimes painful and I get a hot feeling in the area before and during flushing. E.g. if I go for a walk on a hot day, if my face is on the " verge " of flushing (you'll know the feeling), they will feel swollen and painful and the area will be hot to the touch even though my neck never goes red. I am wondering if these are feeding IN or coming OUT. I will talk to my photoderm practitioner about it when I visit in late July but would be grateful of any feedback. I am thinking that they may be a candidate for Vasculight treatment. Maybe they are the " feeder vessels " that Dr. Nase talks about in his chapter on Photoderm. BTW, can the people who were treated with the 645 filter on a double- pass protocol OR the Vasculight on a double-pass protocol let me know if it was noticably better than 1-pass treatments ? Any specifics such as treatment paramaters would also be interesting (I appreciate these aren't likely to be useful to TREAT me, but I would be interested in the info). Regards, .
