Guest guest
Hello my friends: I am still using the strontium nitrate lotion on the left side of my face. It has been 6 days now and I have had no problems from it, only benefits. A few days agp some smoked salmon I accidently ate caused me to flare. The side of my face without the lotion was irritated and a little broken out from it. The side with the lotion, however, had much less irritation and no break out from it. My flares are normally very symmetrical and break out the same on both sides. I believe the lotion prevented irritation from the flare, and even kept my skin from breaking out. I continue to notice subtle differences, such as when I do my makeup the side with the lotion feels a little better; it can withstand the insults of face washing and putting on makeup better than the side without. I have not done much outside in the cold wind, but am anxious to see if it helps there since the cold tends to make my skin red and irritated. Now, this next thing was a delightful suprise. I have not been able to wear my wedding ring because it irritates my finger. When I got the lotion I had been wearing my ring for a few days, and just like always my finger was pretty irritated and getting worse so I was ready to put the ring away for the 2 to 4 weeks it takes to get back to normal. Instead of taking it off, I started putting the strontium lotion on the irritation twice a day when I put it on my face. I could not believe it. The irritation began to get better and better while I continued to wear my ring and use the lotion. It's one week later and I am still wearing my ring and the irritation is gone. I am so happy about this. I plan to continue using it for my ring finger and my rosacea. What a treat!! I hope the lotion works this well for you!!!
