Hi,

I am new to the list. Can someone explain what is the

difference between eating the yogurt and taking

probiotic supplements? It seems to me that the yogurt

is just providing the same as a probiotic. But, maybe

in larger quantities?

Anyone has any idea of how many CFUs are in a

spoonfull of yogurt?
