Check with Kirkman to see if there is one without calcium citrate or ask a

compounding

phramacist if it can be made.

Also key in " calcium supplement without citrate " on Google.

Hey guys,

We use Citracal Calcium Citrate (without D) It looks like it is SCD safe, I

called them and they claim it is free of starch and sugar. Ingredients: Calcium

citrate, polethlene glycol, croscarmellose sodium, polyvinyl alcohol part

hydrolyzed, color added, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate. Mission

Pharmacal

Also remember that dark green leafy and dark green vegetables are all naturally

high in CALCIUM Phosphates and bone building minerals! And we get our Vitamin D

from playing in the SUN! Archeological Research proves that our bones where

actually stronger before we milked cows and goats! Research has proven that our

ancient ancestors (who did not drink or eat dairy) did not have osteoporosis

like we do now in the " modern " times! Now....we have all been brain washed a

bit " GOT MILK? " . The SCDIET is wonderful if we all remember to eat our DARK

GREEN VEGETABLES! We make a fun game out of it in our house. Get creative!

Make it FUN! In time...they even taste better...it is like the longer we go

without the junk that we shouldn't eat the better they taste!

What type of calcium supplement can I give to my 6 year old son? He can't have

dairy. Is there a chart that I can calculate how much calcium he is getting? How

much calcium should a six year old be getting?

My son's progress has been great. He is 6 yr old. His teacher told me he was

very attentive with math today and that he knew a lot about transportation. This

is a first for us with regards to school interaction!

Thanks

Elaine did not like the croscarmellose sodium (it is difficult for the

body to break down - can feed harmful microbes), added colour is not

legal.
