Guest guest
in response to your question-i work for a government social service agency-i determine eligibility for government programs such as public assistance, food stamps and medicaid. a very technical, high stress job with a lot of client contact and paperwork-mounds of it. it might help to realize that other people don't usually see us as we see ourselves. we are very critical of ourselves and we look for those skin flaws under a microscope and are aware of every change. but other people are not looking at us that closely. they see the total person. the way we dress, move, relate to others, the expressions on our faces, our competency or lack thereof. concentrate on your job and others around you-and try to spend less time being concerned with what you look like. other people don't really care-they are more concerned with themselves!!
