red/purpleish cheeks that dont change

my skin just stays the same all the time / like a permanent stain on my

cheeks (no pustules) i had several photoderm treatments / they finally said

there is nothing else we can do / dont waste any more money. does anyone

else have this permanent staining??? saw 4 derms 2 said rosacea /2 said

unknown/not rosacea. i also have this on my palms.
