I am submitting this request on behalf of the Migrant Outreach Network of

Whatcom County. Whatcom county is one of the State of Washington's highest

agricultural areas and migrant and farmworker housing communities. We are

tapped out of donation resources and are seeking donations from the

community to continue to meet the needs of migrant workers and their

families. Due to poor weather conditions the season started late leaving

families with even greater needs. I have listed some of the requests below:

Dishes especially pots and pans and silverware

Sweaters

blankets

sheets

towels

shoes

and infant and small todler size shoes and clothing....

Please respond to this request by contacting my agency at:360-671-5714

Mill Gracias por su apoyo y dedicacion en alcansar idintificar y reducier

las barreras que los trabajadores migrantes y sus familias encuantren.

Wouldn't it be easier to ask for cash instead of trying to ship a pair of

shoes across the country?

Have you tried asking hotels for sheets, towels, and pillows? We have

had good luck with that avenue.
