Guest guest
Oooooh yes - it is hard to have an itch where you can't scratch and that is the case of the ear canal. I have found that a few drops of hydrogen peroxide helps to float out the debris. Just drop it in with an eye dropper with your head tilted, pull your ear out to let the solution get right in, hold your head in that position for a minute and then swab out the excess. --- fsamjh@... wrote: > Anyone have flakes in the ear and ear canal? Guest guest
The hydrogen peroxide also helps me with my ears. My mother did this to us as kids to help get out built up wax and such. I still do it to this day. It makes a world of difference and my ears feel heavenly afterwards. I usually use a capful, wait 5 minutes and then tilt my head up with a tissue next to my ear. Guest guest
I have the same problem. I think that at times in the past I have overdone the cleaning and aggravated things a bit. I have settled on just cleaning them on the way out of the shower in the morning - one swab per ear - and then I try to leave them alone the rest of the time. > From: fsamjh@... > Date: Mon, 27 Aug 2001 19:01:54 -0000 > To: rosacea-support > Subject: ears > > Anyone have flakes in the ear and ear canal?
