Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, Just a thought, be a little careful about drugs from Mexico, I would trust Canada better. Canada does require a script. Some evidence that Mexico might dilute drugs a little too much and some stuff might be outdated. There are supposed to be web sites about getting scripts filled in Canada. Your closest point would likely be Thunder Bay across from Sioux Saint Marie. Main difference in price is that Canada and Mexico have a legal system that won't allow law suites like the USA does. Thus the insurance costs for the Drug Companies is nil while in the USA the law suite insurance costs are very high. Be careful out there Best wishes, Poncho - GA

Guest guest
Hi Jerry, I understand what you mean, but I also think there are folks in border cities, like Detroit, that have bus service from the USA side to drug stores/Pharmacies, on the Canadian side. Weird world ain't it Best wishes, Poncho - GA
Guest guest
Hey Folks, Please be aware that the DEA is using emails like this on the internet to entrap people who buy prescriptions out of country and cross the border to get them back in. I DO NOT mean to imply this is a bogus email, just be careful who you to talk to about what. Thanks, Jerry/NC ***************************************** Re. Guest guest
Yeah Poncho, you're right. But this whole thing with the DEA and chronic pain patients is getting so wierd, that it pays to watch your back. And it's sad, too, because we're the people who end up hurting because of those policies. Jerry/NC ******************************* Re: Re. Guest guest
> That's my understanding too. Didn't someone on here write that Canadian > pharmacies now require a Canadian prescription? How many years ago was that? > > Jerry/NC Jerry, It was me that wrote that. In Fernie, British Columbia, Canada, I was required to have a Canadian doctor write a script for enzymes to be filled by a Canadian pharmacist. The pharmacist would not accept my American prescription. He even said that we would have to go back over the border to Montana to to have it filled with the presription I had. This was in July 2001. Maybe they do it differently in Quebec. Just telling you what happened to me! With hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth - SC hhessgriffeth@...
