In order to avoid gluten and chemical and/or

hyper-processed food additives, I either (1) make my

own dressings, (2) ask for wine or balsamic vinegar

and olive oil, or (3) use a dressing by a company like

Annie's Naturals, which makes great dressings with

maybe 6-10 ingredients. They have many, many choices

and are really good!

But no, I don't eat dressing off the salad bar.

I make my own salad dressing out of Balsmic Vinegar and Olive Oil. I add a

little garlic salt and pepper and toss. Sometimes I will use fresh squezed

lemons instead of the vinegar if I want to add fruit to my salad. Actually

I like it better then any bottled dressing.
