Guest guest
Hi all! Hope everyone is having a decent day. Just had a question regarding amylase levels. My levels are never very high. It usually runs around the 140's, think I had a 174 once. I'm reading posts about it being in the 10-20,000 range!! Is this because I am a newly diagnosed chronic panc sufferer? Or, could this just me " my " range? Also, I saw my PCP last week when I was back in the hospital for a week. He told me the constant pain in my left flank was strickly IBS, and only the upper ab pain was the panc. Do you guys believe that? I thought I had read where you all said you have flank pain from panc. I get soooo confused, but trust those of you going through it more than I trust my PCP!!! Thanks in advance for any replys/thoughts. Hugs to all, Elicia/Ohio
