You're welcome....anytime. I was watching a Ringo Starr interview this

morning and the interviewer asked Ringo how he felt turning 60 and Ringo said

" I'm only 60 when I look in the mirror " . I loved that statement. That's how I

feel about being almost 50 and being fat. I'm only that way when I look in the

mirror. What I am on the inside doesn't match my body on the outside. At least

it's that way for just a little while longer. After next week I'm beginning a

new

beginning, a new healthier me. Thank you God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
