Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I went to the allergy doctor the other day to see if my rosacea like symptoms are being worsened or caused by some sort of allergy problem. I told him I had flushing, swelling of skin, inflamation, papules, and redness of skin. Then the doctor, did some sort of skin test on my forearm. He took a toothpick like object and scratched my forearm with it. The part where he scratched my arm got red and a tad puffy and stayed like that for about 10 minutes. He said, this showed that I have a disease called Dermatographism. He wasn't for sure, so I had to do a blood test and a urine test. In a week or so, I will be doing some prick tests to find out more. I will find out a lot more in a month or so, if I have some sort of allergy problem that may be making my rosacea worse.
