hi Valarie, It was wonderful to speak with you on the phone. I am getting

together some samples together for you. I will send them to you as soon as

I can. I think I am gonna order teh gentle clean bar I told you about but I

have asked for the ingredients first. If the Roc stuff contains propylene

glycol I would not use it. With cetyl alcohol I think if it is a fair way

into the ingredient list it might be ok...again, with this I think it is

trial and error. I wouldn't totally bar out natural ingredients and plant

extracts, you know....there is good and bad just as in the chemical world,

for our rosacea IMHO. I will send you some shampoo (check out

www.californiababy.com, I think!) I'll also enclose some phonenumbers (a

London-based company called REN and Dr Hauschka's number - both will send

you a catalogue....don't be put off by the fact these are natural products

and contain plant extracts etc....just as with chemical ingredients, I

think it is what suits us personally. But we do have to try things. REN

stuff contains no no parabens, alcohol, propylene glycol or mineral

oil.....that sounds good to me, and they do trial sizes in most things

which means you don't throw away huge amounts of cash!
