1. Burdock root (you can buy it in pill or tea form): " Burdock is a biennial

plant with heart shaped leaves and fleshly long roots. The Chinese and Japenese

have used Burdock Root to prepare delicious foods. Natural healers revere this

herb as nature's best 'blood purifier,' that is, they believe that it rids the

body of dangerous toxins. Also, many herbalists believe that drinking this

herbal tea increases the flow of urine and promotes sweating. "

2. Green Tea: antioxidant and antibacterial properties. " Green Tea provides

Polysaccharides, Flavonoids, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C (there's more vitamin

" C " in one cup of green tea than in an orange), Vitamin E, R-Amino Butyric Acid

and Fluoride in it's natural state. "

3. Chamomile Tea: calms a nervous stomach, relaxes, destresses.

Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. And smells wonderful!

4. Chrysanthemum Tea: Detoxificator.

5. Honeysuckle Flower: " Honeysuckle flowers are effective against bacteria,

viruses, fungi, and parasites. They are

also useful as a diuretic and mild laxative. This combination of properties has

lead to their widespread use as an ingredient in detoxifying formulae. "

6. Forsythia Fruit: reduces swelling, anti-inflammatory.

Sorry I couldn't find more complete descriptions, but if you just search online

for the benefits, you will find a lot of information. You might consider getting

combinations of the above rather than separate tea bags. Right now I have a tea

composed of Green tea, Chamomile, and Chrysanthemum. It's quite nice and

relaxing, and I'm sure has more beneficial effects for my body/mind than just my

skin. I purchase the products at my local asian market, but I know you can also

purchase online.

I hoped I've helped anyone who is desperately trying to help themselves and

their acne problems!
