Guest guest
I recently started taking glucosamine sulphate orally. it's been less than a week so not long enough to tell yet. i'll keep you posted. In water I am afraid the gulcosamine sulfate may dissolve into some rosacea unfriendly products. I tried mixing it in my noritate, but i cant get the powder ground down fine enough with a morter and pestel. It's gritty and irritates. So, now I'm trying orally. I dont want to ingest the gelatin capsule because gelatin is so high in arginine so I open the capsule, pour it in water, and take it that way. I hope it does not ruin the effect. Hopefully an NO inhibitor will be available soon.
