Guest guest
Jon, The Carbohydrate Addict's Life Span Program, is a special way of eating. I do not think you can do this successfully unless you read the books and understand the premise of what you are doing. When I did it this was a typical day. Breakfast: scrambled egg and vegetable ometlet Lunch: Vegetable soup or salad with Chichen, beef or cheese Dinner: big salad first, Good bread or potato or squash , meat, chicken or fish and cooked vegtables and last, a dessert. You can eat what ever food choices you like ( leave out your trigger food that bothers you) and you have to eat your Dinner within 1 hr. You need to understand what and why you are doing this. You are supposed to only eat carbs within that hour as to not release an excess of insulin into your system. This helps to cut down on the craving of other really fattening carbs (candy, cookies and etc.) If you cannot buy the book, go to the Library and get it. After I was on the plan I truly was not hungry, could make things for the family and not even want it. The craving stopped and that never happened before. You can eat what you want, but it is when you eat it. It has to help the skin because you are not eating all the sugar, flour and clogging your system with junk. Why did I go off it ( you don't feel like you are on or off anything). I moved to new place, lost friends and was really down. Then you start stuffing to feel better and you don't. With cea we don't need sugar or stess. The diet also stresses lots of water and we always need that. Let me know what you think, after you read the book.
