Guest guest
Dear Group My name is ilana. I live in Johannesburg South Africa. My son is . is 3 years old and is on the autistic spectrum. We have been on gf/cf/sf for almost two years. We have also mostly elimanted sugar for a year. We are now considering starting the SCD as 's tummy is just not stable and we dont seem to be able to get rid of the candida and bacteria. How do I start the SCD? Grapes and raisins are listed on the pecanbread websit as ok foods. I have been told that yeast feed off these. Generally will the fructose in the fruit feed the candida? His diet is so restricing as it is. Is it possible to be gf/cf/sf and now also take away carbs(rice, sweet potato butternut etc.) Is there a formula(drink or shake) that I can give him to supplement his diet. Thanks Ilana
