Gay is his name. Has anybody heard from him?

I'm sure he'd welcome the help right now if things haven't improved greatly.

When last I heard from him, he was feeling a little overwhelmed, as I recall.

<< Cathy - this is sort of an answer to your question about a Florida Rep -

there is one but last we heard from him he was not doing well and, of course,

right now I can't think of his name (Anyone - is Gray right or am I

way off base). Second, where do you get these supplements - do you have to

go to a health food/vitamin store like GNC or where? TTFN, >>

Herbs/PBS

About 3 years ago I turned to herbal products for my pain and

inflammationof the pancreas. PBS which stands for Pancreas/Blood

Sugar (Burdock Root, Cedar Berries, Horseradish Root, Golden Seal

Root & Siberian Ginseng Root)has helped me many times. When I get

the first sign of pain- usually a burning right below my rib cage I

take several of these capsules. Many times I have gotten instant

relief, other times not too much. I'm sure it depends on how severe

the attack is. The description says that it helps to lower blood

sugar levels and decrease the inflamtion of the pancreas. I carry it

with me everywhere. I found it through Natures Sunshine Products.

There is also PLS II which also aids in inflammation.

Maybe this will help some of you.

" Where do you get these supplements - do you have to go to a health

food/vitamin store like GNC or where? TTFN,

it is made by Natures Sunshine. I have a store near me, but

they also have a web site. www.naturessunshine.com. To get the

complete info on-line I think you need to be a member (requires a $40

purchase). But, you can sign on as a guest. Key in " pancreas " in the

product search and you will see other enzymes and minerals that

suport the pancreas. It's definately worth a try!

Cathy - thanks for the website and info. I don't do any shopping on line

(mainly because I refuse to own a credit card other than my JC Penney's) but I

will check it out and may be able to find a local outlet in Colorado for these.

Heck - it might be I will be able to take them but then again maybe not - will

just have to try. TTFN,

Tull and I were gone last weekend, and I was at the doctors and down Monday

and Tuesday. Sorry to be out of pocket without notice. ( I am working on

that). I have recently found a good vitamin and herb supplier. The products

are made by Advocare. They are available through mail order. I am excited

because they have a large section that focus on digestive problems. They are

sugar free, and the gel caps are vegetarian safe. Many are predigested to

facilitate absorption. I don't have the contact information with me, but I

will post it soon.

If anyone else has sources they like for obtaining vitamins and herbs give me

the contact information and I will post it on the web site.
