Hi,

I did a diet once and it consisted of eating a half grapefruit after every

meal. It worked and my face never looked better. Of course, that had to

do also with the fact that I was eating healthier. But what I'm getting at

is the citrus didn't get my face worse. You have to understand that there

are alot of " triggers " out there. It's up to each and everyone of us to

find what triggers our OWN body.

I am in the same situation as you, just hearing of a bunch of new things.

But as I talk more and more to different people, I realize that not

everyone is the same or has the same reactions to all these things.

Why don't you do like most people do to babied when they're starting them

out of solid foods. For a week, try eating bananas as your only fruit and

watch to see what happens and how your body reacts to it. Do the same the

next week with one citrus fruit, let's say oranges. Than the following

week, another. Until you find out how your body reacts to each one.

I found that when I eat lots of cheese, it reacts to my face by the next

day. And yet I am a mayonnaise lover and the same DOES NOT happen. You

just have to find what " clicks " for you.

Much luck,
