Guest guest
Jenn, It's okay. Just send it to me when you find it. I am wondering if it is old information. Because enzymes are very much supported by the DAN! doctors now. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/

Guest guest
I know I was very confused when I read it also because K's ped. GI said he was a " huge fan of enzymes " . I should have paid more attention to the source at that time or at least wrote it down. I wanted to mention it here because I know I read it somewhere and I thought here may have been the place. By the way Jody, we have all grown so much in our family since you brought me here. Thanks. I will look forward to learning as much as I can. I also wanted to ask if there was an enzyme out there specifically to target the gluten and casein? Kali sometimes sneaks food and paper at school. So, as much as I am adhering strictly to scd at home, she is still getting bad foods. She is just too fast sometimes for them to stop her. And now she fights if you try to get her to spit it out. I believe in scd for my life and family members. Thank you for any suggestions. Jenn & Kali 8 months cd Re: candidase...? > Jenn, > > It's okay. Guest guest
Hi , > Where does everyone get candex and candidase? What are their web sites? > Thanks in advance. This is the website for candidase: > > http://www.enzymedica.com/candidase.php There is a link for online retailers at this link (scroll down to the bottom of the page, where it lists site contents) Candex is made by pure essence labs. I don't know if they have a website. You can find online retailers by using Google and key word " Candex " www.google.com Sheila, SCD 59 mos, 22 yrs UC mom of Em and Dan
Guest guest
Peptizyde specifically targets gluten and casein. HN-zyme Prime will target everything, including the starches. If the school is willing, I would send these to school and ask them to quickly mix the enzymes in a liquid that she will accept and to get her to drink the liquid as quickly as possible after an infraction. That will help as much as anything can. Of course, what would be better is if they would just remove the foods from the classroom altogether, but that may not be possible. Guest guest
I personally CAN go in and give her whatever I would like her to have but, then there's no privacy. Unless I get a Dr. script for how much of what. I think the school nurse is riding me because I gave her a vaccine exemption for Kali instead of a shot record at the beginning of the schoolyear. Oh Well! We all have our own ways of trying to protect our children and helping them heal;). Guest guest
By the time you would get a call and get to the school, it would probably be too late for the enzyme to be effective. I know it's a tough situation when the kids are prone to grabbing other people's food. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/
