Guest guest
DITTO to Kati - I buy my salt from http://www.celtic-seasalt.com/ They have sea salt w/ essential minerals missing from our kids diet It is expensive but worth it. IT IS ALL NATURAL.. A jeffs mom I have got used to use sea salt because the regular salt has one 'chemical' to prevent clumps and sea salt has not. But if you find very soft sea salt, they have also added the chemical - so read the label. I have no firm knowledge if this chemical is gfcf, I suppose it is. Guest guest
I was wondering if Salt craving could possibly be a symptoms. Caden LOVES salt! He wil cover his tater tots in salt. I just watched him eat 12 of them covered and when he was finished he ate the remaining salt with his finger! yuck! krystena richards Salt Just add a little salt to what they drink, even if it's water. And see if they'll drink gatorade or one of the other " athletic " drinks. They are designed to replace electrolites as well as carbos and fluid. Dori Ownbey... Guest guest
Krystena, Eilish eats salt straight from the shaker. She has always loved salty things. She loves lollies but savoury things are her real thing. (Australia) Re: Salt I was wondering if Salt craving could possibly be a symptoms. Caden LOVES salt! He wil cover his tater tots in salt. Guest guest
It depends. I used to use a sea salt that was iodized, but had to find some that wasn't. Look on the package or ingredients. Usually it says iodized on the front is iodine is added to the salt.

Guest guest
Sea Salt does contain some natural iodine - and lots of other minerals that are good for us. I switched to sea salt from regular iodized salt and it was never a problem. But then I can eat salmon and ocean fishes like that without a problem too - but not shellfish. It's the artificial things in food that get me. Pam PS. Congrats on a successful negotiation with your doc about waiting and seeing. You may want to look at my website for some ideas to improve your health as well: http://www.webmosaics.com/thyroid/ -- salt Is sea salt ok to use instead of iodized table salt, or does it contain iodine as well? thanks, Chris
