Hi! I, too, have compliance issues. My 8 yr. used to be a horror - he is my

best. The HW issue - I don't get involved in. That is between him and his

teacher. She told me he has to do - let him! So, I do.

The vest - I pick a time when they can watch a favorite tape, show or

computer. You need to make it a positive thing - yeah, I know it sucks - but

he has to know that he doesn't have a choice. Its a must do and no

arguement. We are firm on meds and vest - there has to be NO room for

negotiation!

Yeah, I am tough.......but I make a tender chicken (OK I like perdue)....
