Hello,

I see changes on Elaine's site. According to my memory she didn't

approve the Freeda Calcium formulas. Certainly due to silica.

However, I've been told by 2 people that she changed that to say that

silica in supplements is okay. They have a few formulas. One has Vit D

(not from soy), etc. I'd like to know what Elaine has approved.

Can someone please tell me if one or any of the Freeda calcium formulas

are now considered SCD legal?
