Guest guest
I used SalAc foam for about a month, and I am very unhappy with it. I had been using Klaron, but I was still getting a few papules on my nose. My dermatologist recommended SalAc in addition to Klaron, and at first I was happy with it - it seemed to clear up the papules. However, after a few weeks of use, the redness on my cheeks and nose got worse, and I started developing some little red bumps on my cheeks. I've stopped using SalAc, but the little red bumps haven't cleared up. I never had a reaction like this when using Klaron alone. As far as I know, I didn't change my routine in any other way. I don't know for sure that the SalAc caused that reaction, but I am staying away from it now. I haven't spoken to my dermatologist yet, but I am going to tell her about this development. Has anyone else had a similar reaction to SalAc or another product that contains Salicylic Acid? Thanks in advance.
