Guest guest
Below is info I received from Applegate regarding their bulk smoked meats (turkey & chicken). I believe they are legal. We use them and have not had any trouble: Thank you very much for writing. You are correct. The ingredients are as follows: Smoked Turkey Breast (Bulk): Turkey Breast, Water, Salt Smoked Chicken Breast (Bulk): Chicken Breast, Water, Honey, Salt If you have additional questions or concerns, please let me know and I will be happy to help you. Thank you, ___________________________________________________________ Dear Eileen, I apologize for the delay in responding to your question. The honey we use is pure and is not mixed with additional ingredients such as corn syrup. If you have additional questions, please let me know. Thank you, Quality Control Department Applegate Farms Believe In What You Eat These meats are actually cooked in a smoke house. No smoke flavoring is added to the meats above. Guest guest
The trick with deli meats is to get there first thing in the morning so the illegal meats have not been sliced on the slicer. You want to get yours sliced on a clean slicer. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/
