If you look at the past records of elected Democrats there is a huge

gap between their campaign rhetoric concerning the environment and

our health and with what the actually do in office. All you have to

do is look at the Clinton/Gore record vs their rhetoric. They are

just using environmentalists et al for votes but once in office they

are still beholden to the corporate interests that bought and paid

for them. An independent with no ties to business interests, meaing

he doesn't accept their legal bribes in the form of campaign

contributions, is the only real hope that we have to change our

current system of profit always over people.
