Guest guest
Dear Rhonda and Judi, First let me welcome you both to the group. This is a great place to get a lot of your questions answered as I'm sure you will soon discover. Regarding the question you have about your patient information submittal. When you submit the info it is downloaded to a form and submitted to your insurance company. A copy is also mailed out to you. This process took me about a week. If you haven't heard anything and have allowed ample time, I would suggest you email Debbie to see if it was received. After that you can start participating in the " weight and see " club Good Luck! Guest guest
Rhonda, I completed my information over the Internet on May 5th. I got my copy today. My insurance company got theirs on the 8th or 9th. I would definitely e-mail Debbie and see what is going on.LOL {{{{HUGS}}}} Lara
Guest guest
Beth, Thanks for the info, If I'm understanding what you are saying,Dr R gets the Insurance Pre Approval and we fight the appeal process? And to think I had my " spurs " on and was going to get my own approval, and ride over with any Ins. person that did'nt use the word " Approved " at the beggining of each sentence. Soooooooooo if we get the Approval then we do the letters and contacts and mail them in for a Surgery date? or final approval? I have read everything over and over I just did not know the time sequence that each happens. Love to belong to the wait and see club.............count me in ....Love Judi in Fla Re: Rhonda > Dear Rhonda and Judi, > > First let me welcome you both to the group. Guest guest
Hi Rhonda, I wouldnt wait to get eyes checked, make an appt as soon as possible to see whats going on. Are you on any meds, that could be causing eye problems? Your not going to get any better if you dont get seen. Hugs.......Joanne
