Hi Pam. We do the same 30 min soak in the tub, and then rub down with

Aquaphor. It seems to work better for us than Vaseline. Our allergist

explained it to us as Drew being a little raisin with his dry skin. We are

trying to turn him back into a grape :-) He understood the analogy and

after his last visit has stopped fighting me about the long time he spends

in the tub.

His skin has cleared up SOOOO much in the last week! Don't know if it is

the steroid cream or the antibiotic (probably both) but we are soon going to

have clear skin for the first time since last October. Poor guy.

PS The allergist not even looking at your son is just ridiculous. I'd report

her if you can't get a satisfactory response from her or the office.

Lee,

Now that I am home and realxed alittle, I am feeling better. I will keep

doing the vaseline ect.....and the vitamins and I really do not know yet

about the Elidel/Desome mixture. Does anyone know or use this? How strong

is it??

Pam :)
