I also started drinking Fiji Water, which is a type of mineral water. I also quit eating high fat foods, like french fries and all fast foods. Also very little sugar. I have a copy of a diet that got me started on this if you want it let me know and I can send it to you privately, since no attachments can be attached to messages here. Not only did I have this major diet change, but also lost 20 lbs.
