Guest guest
Well, the syrups would still be syrup-cicles at this point! LOL! The syrup would prollyu be fine that way, it's those pesky glass bottles, though. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. Guest guest
fortunately & unfortunately, as time passes by, it's possible to eat more. i've heard that dozens of times @ support groups. some people are alarmed & troubled by it. we want the pouch to protect us from the extra weight. that's when it's time to become pro-active, get feedback, etc. you're approaching 4 months out, correct? lori h. > I think I have stretched my stomach? Guest guest
Hey fire angel, Why do you think you've stretched your stomach? Have been eating alot more and/or not losing weight. You might just been having a plateau which can be overcome by getting more exercise and adjusting your eating habits. There is that cottage cheese test that some people on the board have mentioned to measure your stomach pouch but before you get too alarmed think about the other possibilities. How have you been doing lately with your eatings, weigh-ins, etc? Take care! We are here for you:) > I think I have stretched my stomach? How can you really tell? What > do I do if I did? Guest guest
Hi fire angel, I agree with Lori and Bridget that over time we can get lax about what we eat. Have you called your dr or nutritionist? What signs do you have that you've stretched your stomach? Are you eating bigger porportions/gaining weight/ etc? You should be glad that you are catching what ever the problem is now instead of later:) > I think I have stretched my stomach? How can you really tell? What > do I do if I did?
