Guest guest
Hi ya all. Does any one use Hylands Magnesium Phosphate Cell Tissue Salts? My husband found this suggestion to use these on a web site for RLS. The person who suggested it says it is the best thing he has tried. Is this to be used alone or with your medication. If RLS keeps you from falling asleep and from staying asleep would this Hylands Magnesium be all you would need. I am using Magnesium and plan to look for this Hylands Magnesium. Guest guest
Getting to sleep and staying asleep is not the only problem. You can (and I do) have RLS when you're not wanting to sleep -- ex., riding in a car, sitting through a meeting or sitting in Church, movies, etc. I have also walked for hours with my head bobbing back and forth, but unable to go to sleep beacuse my legs would not let me stop moving. Also just getting to sleep does not keep RLS from waking you.
