Guest guest
Hi Everyone, As you can see, I am full of questions tonight...so here goes, I keep reading and hearing about ppl cutting their carbs to reach their goals, to get thru plateaus, etc. and I do understand that. I have been on Atkins before and was very successful in losing the wt but not in keeping it off. I can understand cutting carbs as a lifestyle but I worry about my body not being able to handle many carbs and I don't want that. I mean, I don't want to live Atkins-style forever, that being the only way to keep the weight off. Hope I don't sound stubborn, it's just I want to be able to eat as " normally " as possible, within reason. I want to eat healthy. I hope this makes sense...so my question is more for those who have met their goal. Do you still have to eat low carbs or has your body adjusted to being able to eat carbs now (within reason). ~ in Atlanta Lap RNY 1/30/03 Dr P. Daly minus 40 lbs / on 1st plateau (speaking of carbs, suddenly my nausea has disappeared -just tonight- and PMS has hit! I am craving food, esp carbs like crazy!!!)
