Guest guest
ne... You commented on how it might just be " the month of January " that's the problem. It reminded me of one year when I started realizing that each month of the year brought it's own unique " character " or prompted certain reactions or behaviors from me. That year, I started with November (the month where I started feeling the pressures of the holidays coming, and how overloaded and over volunteered I was). I labelled it, " NO, in NOVEMBER " . I promised myself that during November, I'd say " NO " to anything that took more time from me. DECEMBER was " Delegate in December " . That became my month to remember to get someone else to do it, if at all possible. JANUARY...which had become my depression month for several years in a row, became " ReJUVENATE in JANUARY " . It became my month to take care of ME, my health, my body, my spirituality, and my emotions. The timing was perfect, coming after two months of doing everything for everyone else. FEBRUARY....this was tension month, because by February I was confronted with all the paperwork I never organized in the year before, the build up of the new year's papers, etc. So, it became " FILE in FEBRUARY " . It was my paperwork month. I'm sure you'll all be thrilled to know that those are the only months I figured out. LOL But you get the idea. If you have some times of the year that are traditionally awful for you (and probably are also times when your RLS is the worst), you might do well to sit back and think of a way to change what goes on in those months. Maybe this trick will help. Jill, 46 Payson, AZ http://www.netzone.com/~gunzel/rls.html
