Hugs, ************************************************************** Check the label. You can get soy milk with 0 sugar grams. I still wouldn't use it for my shakes though..or for any beverage FWIW. I think if I were to add anything but water to my shakes, I might consider a TBS or two of cream, or 1/2 and 1/2. But, I don't do that either. Just said I'd consider it.
