My sister (from Pennsylvania) sent me (in Oklahoma) a bag from the Amish Country Store next door to her house. They are the best tasting soybeans I have ever tried. The package does not have the nutritional value listed so I have no idea how much protein I would be getting if I ate 1 oz.
