Guest guest Posted April 17, 2003 Report Share Posted April 17, 2003 Hi everyone I was just wondering if I am trying to stay low carb do I count the carbs in my protein shakes into the total for the day? I am 4 months out and haven't lost anything in 2 weeks so I am thinking maybe I am getting to many carbs...so I want to watch it a little more closely....but don't know exactly what I am doing. I keep track of my food on fitday.com so i can see what I am putting in. I usually on a normal day have about 35 grams of carbs....I have " experemented " a little and found out I do dump on carbs,if I have to many at one time.So I have been trying to limit them. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks....and Happy Easter to everyone.
